PulseWise uses your device's camera to measure your heart rate. Place your fingertip gently over the camera lens, and the app will detect subtle color changes in your skin caused by blood flow. Hold still for the duration of the measurement for the best results. Please note that this is not a medical device, and measurements are for informational purposes only.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find PulseWise, and choose the option you need. If you cancel, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Your health data is stored locally on your device and is encrypted both in transit and at rest. If you enable Apple HealthKit integration, data is managed according to Apple's strict HealthKit privacy guidelines. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Open PulseWise, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase. Your premium features will be restored automatically.
You can delete all your data directly within the app by going to Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data. You can also contact us at aavitalpulse@protonmail.com to request data deletion, and we will process your request within 3-15 business days.
